While shipping is often free above a specific price threshold, certain "final sale" items and hygiene-sensitive products like lingerie or earrings are usually non-returnable. Once a return is inspected and approved, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, though many brands also offer the option of immediate store credit for faster processing.
